Responsibilities

The Treatment Plan Coordinator will handle patient consultations, support the dentist and team in providing quality care within state regulations, outline dental and payment options to patients, interact with the dentist, and assist with front and/or back office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To apply, you should be comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial information with patients, understand a diagnosis given by the dentist, have excellent communication skills, and understand basic and advanced dental terminology. You must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced office while maintaining a positive attitude.
