Diversicare seeks a licensed RN or LPN to administer medications, provide treatments, and monitor residents per physician orders. The role includes documenting care, ensuring safe medication handling, and reporting changes to supervisors and physicians.
The candidate will educate residents and families, coordinate with CNAs, and uphold our service standards to deliver compassionate, high-quality post-acute care across our centers.
