Job summary

Pine Creek Care Center is seeking a part-time Treatment Nurse to join our dedicated nursing team in Roseville, CA. This role focuses on skin and wound care, with an emphasis on resident comfort and healing, under physician and DON supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN or LVN license, has at least 2 years of nursing experience (wound care a plus), and is committed to compassionate, resident-centered care. Flexible weekends and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; wound or treatment care preferred.
• SWOC or wound care certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary skin and wound care under physician and DON supervision.
• Assess, document, and treat skin conditions incl. wounds, ulcers, infections.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and treatment documentation.
• Participate in ongoing education and in-service training on wound care best practices.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide primary skin and wound care under physician and DON supervision, focusing on resident comfort and healing.
