Job summary

Vineyard Post Acute in Petaluma, CA seeks a Part-Time Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our dedicated nursing team. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, with possible extra day; shifts 8:30am–5:00pm.

Starting rates: $41-$60/hour depending on license type and experience. You will provide primary skin and wound care, assess and document conditions, and work with the interdisciplinary team to support resident healing and comfort in a compassionate, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN or LVN license in good standing.
• One year of wound care experience required.
• SWOC or wound care certification preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary skin and wound care under physician and DON supervision.
• Assess, document, and treat wounds and infections.
• Collaborate with care team to plan treatments.
• Maintain accurate treatment records.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care as needed.
• Engage in ongoing education on wound care best practices.
