Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes, perform dressing changes, monitor healing, and educate staff on protocols.

Ideal candidates hold an active LVN/RN license, have wound care experience, and excel in assessment and communication while working both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Has experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Possesses strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse
