Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services within our care team.

You will perform dressing changes, monitor healing, and collaborate with physicians to optimize resident outcomes. The ideal candidate holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing in Texas, has experience in wound care, and demonstrates strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills to support independent and team-based

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing in Texas.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In This Role, You Will

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care
