Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services within our care team. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to improve resident outcomes and comfort.

The ideal candidate holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing, with wound care experience and strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. You will educate staff and help coordinate care plans on the floor.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Wound care and treatment procedures experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents' nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments

• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns

• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans

• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing

• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
