Landmark Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver expert wound care and treatment services in a resident-focused setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to promote healing and comfort while documenting outcomes accurately.

The role emphasizes independent practice within a collaborative environment, with a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered care and effective communication with physicians, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions and skin concerns.
• Communicate care plans with physicians and families.
• Evaluate residents’ nutrition and hydration related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments

• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns

• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans

• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing

• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection

• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols

• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care
