Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in a long-term care setting. Duties

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and conducting vital signs checks.
• Utilize ICD-10 coding to accurately document patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist in the management of acute pain and other medical conditions.
• Support patients with behavioral health needs, including those with mental health or substance abuse issues.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, with a focus on promoting health, wellness, and independence.
• Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to identify trends and make informed treatment decisions.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
  
  

Experience

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of [insert state].
