The Treatment Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operational management of an assigned EOSIS treatment facility. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable substance use disorder treatment services while fostering a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment for clients and employees. The Treatment Director provides strategic leadership, regulatory oversight, staff development, fiscal management, program evaluation, and community engagement to support organizational goals and positive client outcomes.

If the Treatment Director also provides alcohol and drug counseling services, the individual shall be considered a 0.5 FTE Alcohol and Drug Counselor for purposes of meeting applicable staffing requirements.

Pay: $87,200 - $111,760 Annually

Shift: Full-Time
