Job summary

RADIAS Health seeks a Treatment Director to lead clinical services and support staff in delivering high-quality care. You will supervise therapists, ensure policy adherence, and maintain regulatory compliance while guiding program development and staff training.

Responsibilities include overseeing treatment planning, medication administration, and incident reporting, with on-call duties for crises. A master's in behavioral sciences and licensure preferences apply, with solid PTO and benefits

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences or related field.
  • Minimum of 4,000 hours of experience providing services to mentally ill persons.
  • 2,000 hours of training or experience in administration or supervision.
  • Must be Qualified Mental Health Professional, LICSW, LP or LMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical aspects of programming including groups, activities and treatment planning.
  • Supervise staff with evaluations and development plans; provide consultation and training.
  • Ensure compliance with DHS licensing, Medicaid/MA, DHS SLF, and related standards.
  • Develop and ensure completion of mandated training and staff development.
  • Investigate and report suspected abuse and neglect.
  • Attend community provider meetings and relevant training sessions.
  • Provide 24-hour supervision staffing pattern and coverage planning.
  • Hire positions in concert with Human Resources Department.
  • Review and resolve resident grievances.
  • Administer medications after required medication test.
  • On-call rotation for mental health crises and emergencies.
  • Coordinate coverage for missed shifts with Business Coordinator.
  • Complete paperwork, reports and charting in a timely manner.
  • Maintain regular work hours and engage in ongoing professional growth.

The expected salary range for this position is based on several factors including market, funding, candidates experience level, skills, training, and related knowledge. Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.

Salary Range: $89,600 - $104,000 | Office benefit package (Parking/Remote Expenses): $80/Month Subject to change

The Treatment Directorwillprovide professional, quality program services to the clients served byReEntryHouse IRTSand works with other members of the team toassistclients in obtaining andmaintainingan optimumquality of life consistent with client needs and preferences.The work uses evidence-based practices adopted for the agency and the client's specific needs. The emphasis is placed on working with clients in community settings and directly providing the services necessary toassistclients in achieving their goals.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Residential Treatment and Supportive Housing, this positionis responsible for administrative and clinical supervisory work.The work involves the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of program policies and procedures as directed by state, federal and administrative codes, as well as professional practice standards.Work is performed with latitude for independentjudgmentand action is reviewed by the supervisor through conferences,reportand observation of results obtained.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of the facility’sprogramming including groups,activitiesand treatment planning,includingdevelopment andimplementation oftreatment-relatedpoliciesand procedures.
  • Assigns duties to Mental Health Therapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers, and Certified Peer Recovery Specialists.Provide consultation and training to all program staffregardingimplementation of structure and systemspertaining tothe program.
  • Supervision of direct reports, including performance evaluations, growth and development plans,performance documentation,disciplineand recommendations for salary adjustments.
  • Accountableto ensure regulatory requirements are metforregulatory authorities (Department of Human Services Licensing, Office of the Inspector General,Medicaid/MA,Department of HealthSLF requirementsand/or County inspections of program, MN 245I and related statutory requirements)
  • Develop and ensure completion and complianceofall mandated training,in-servicesand other relevant learning needs.Identifyand/or conduct any necessary individual training for direct reports.
  • Investigate and report suspected incidents of abuse and neglect.
  • Reviewsrelevant treatment documentation and providesappropriate constructivefeedback toemployees who write and implement treatment documentation.
  • Attendappropriate communityprovider meetings, relevant meetings, conferences, and training sessions outside facility.
  • Provides a staffing pattern toinsure24-hour supervision and adequateprogramstaff coverage during regular program hours.
  • Hiring of all positions in concert withHumanResourcesDepartment.
  • Responsible for review and resolution of resident grievances.
  • Upon successful completion of required medication test,administersmedications.
  • On-call rotation for mental health crises and other emergencies including last minute shift coverage.
  • During scheduled rotation, with support from the Business Coordinator, secure coverage for any missed shifts, planned or unplanned, using all available agency resources. This may include on-site coverage for client care and per DHS requirements if no other coverage is secured.
  • Complete all paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously and in an organized manner.
  • Maintain a pattern of regular work hours.
  • Participate actively inon-goingprofessional growth and development;maintainappropriate professionalbehavior and participate inappropriate supervision.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Master’s degree inthe behavioralsciences or related field, and
  • Minimum of4,000 hoursof experience providing services to mentally ill persons, and
  • 2,000 hoursof training or experience in administration or supervision, and
