Dentist in Austin is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to translate a doctor's diagnosis into a written plan with real numbers, present it without pressure, and follow up with patients who delay decisions.

Responsibilities include presenting feeed treatment plans, outlining insurance benefits, arranging financing, and scheduling procedures to maintain a smooth care sequence. Must manage weekly follow-ups and track conversion rates.

• Solid grasp of dental procedures, coding, and insurance benefits — enough to answer most questions without leaving the room.
• Comfortable asking for the appointment, and following up without being pushy.
• Organized enough to work a follow-up list every week and actually finish it.
• Two or more years in a dental practice, ideally in treatment presentation, financial coordination, or insurance.
