Pride Manchester is seeking a full-time Treatment Program Coordinator (Therapist). Responsibilities include providing psychotherapy to residents and families, conducting individual and group therapy, and family therapy during the child's stay.

Duties

  • Provide a safe, warm, responsive, and nurturing environment
  • Prepare clinical assessments upon resident admission
  • Schedule and conduct family therapy sessions
  • Accurately document therapy sessions to meet licensure standards
  • Proactively assess children’s needs
  • Train team members in behavioral support program implementation

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field; MSW or Counseling Master’s preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in direct mental health services with children and adults
  • Experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances is preferred
