Job summary

Gentle Dental seeks a Treatment Coordinator in California to manage patients from initial diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial options tied to proposed care and guide patients from the first appointment to final acceptance.

These part-time, temporary roles offer $20.00 per hour DOE. Prior front-office medical experience and computer literacy (QSI/Denticon) are preferred, enabling you to support patients and teams with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to achieve a happy and healthy smile.
