Paradigm Oral Health in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to bridge clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. You will explain treatment options, guide patients through financial options, and ensure every interaction is professional, compassionate, and accurate.

You’ll work closely with the clinical team to optimize scheduling, insurance verification, and timely communication about procedures and costs.

We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are growing and seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a high-performing team, we would love for you to join us as we continue to serve our community with all of their oral surgery needs. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.

Education and Experience

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Understanding of dental terminology.

• Basic office skills such as typing and filing.
• Good organizational skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross functionally with other team members.
