Description: As a Treatment Coordinator, you will support patients in their orthodontic journey by communicating treatment plans, addressing concerns, and assisting with scheduling and payments. Responsibilities include consulting with patients, explaining treatment plans, managing financial consultations, understanding insurance policies, tracking accounts receivable, assisting in collections, conducting patient introductions and treatment consultations, updating spreadsheets, making outbound calls, greeting patients, participating in marketing events, handling cash, answering calls, and ensuring clinic cleanliness. Travel to other clinics for training and coverage may be required.

Requirements:

• High school degree or GED
• 3 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of sales experience
• 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience
• Knowledge of medical terms and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem solving, de-escalation, communication skills

Working Hours/Location:

• Monday – Wednesday 8:45am – 5:00pm
• Thursday & Friday 6:45am – 3:00pm
• Two Saturdays per month
• Two 9:45 am to 6:00 pm shifts per month
• Base clinic: 4709 North Harlem Ave, Harwood Heights, IL 60706
• Travel to Bucktown, Avondale, Skokie clinics for training and coverage
