We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to coordinate patient scheduling, prepare financial treatment plans, and ensure smooth patient flow. The role involves collaborating with clinical staff, verifying insurance coverage, and maintaining excellent patient relations.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate patient scheduling to optimize doctor and hygiene productivity.
  2. Prepare and present financial treatment plans, addressing patient questions.
  3. Follow up on treatment plans and assist with appointment scheduling.
  4. Verify insurance coverage and fee schedules with insurance companies.
  5. Present treatment fees and document financial arrangements.
  6. Assist patients with insurance forms and ensure proper completion.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  8. Collaborate with the team to enhance patient experience and support administrative duties.
  9. Participate in emergency procedures and support team members as needed.
Qualifications
