Job summary

Coastal Kids Dental and Braces - James Island is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to ensure children have beautiful smiles. The role combines front office coordination with clinical assisting, requiring a heart for children and teamwork with a fun, quality-focused staff.

The ideal candidate will present financial treatment plans and manage dental insurance while delivering excellent patient care. Schedule is Mon–Fri 7:30a–5p with full-time duties at our James Island location.

Qualifications

• Ability to present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Working knowledge and experience with dental insurance.
• Back office dental experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, take direction and be a flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front office activities and assist clinically when needed.
• Communicate treatment options and financing to families.
• Support team with daily schedules and patient flow.
