Job summary

Paradigm Oral Health in Lenoir City, TN is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to connect clinical care with a superior patient experience. This in-office role may require travel to nearby offices as needed and focuses on guiding patients through treatment plans and financial options.

You will work closely with a high-performing team to ensure smooth scheduling, accurate insurance details, and clear communication of costs and options to patients.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Medical or dental experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain patient insurance information.
• Maintain doctor schedule to optimize time use.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Communicate treatment options and costs clearly to patients.
• Collect payments from patients professionally.
• Understand treatment recommendations and develop plans from diagnosis.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are hiring a Treatment Coordinator - Southeast Oral & Facial Surgery

Website: Southeast Oral Surgery & Implant Center

Lenoir City, TN | Full-time shift | In-office, possible travel to help at nearby offices as-needed.

We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are growing and seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this position, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Role and Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
• Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
• Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.
