Job summary

Pelican Landing Dental, PA is seeking a treatment coordination professional to guide patients from diagnosis to completed treatment. You will keep cases moving and ensure follow-through.

Candidates should have at least two years in treatment coordination or patient coordination, strong organization and time management, and excellent verbal and written communication. CareStack experience is a plus.

The Role

This role guides patients from diagnosis to decision to completed treatment. You'll be the person who makes a complicated moment feel manageable, and the one who follows through until it's done.

Dental treatment coordination, case management, or patient coordination experience is required. CareStack experience is a plus.

What You'll Need

Required: At least two years of experience in treatment coordination, case management, or patient coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred: Experience with CareStack. Experience in a high-performing dental practice. Comfort discussing financing and payment plans confidently.
