Job summary

Johnson Family Dental is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to help create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach—Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude. You’ll help patients feel welcome whether they’re in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment, and assist with financial arrangements for treatment.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, scheduling visits, and explaining services and payment options while guiding patients through their visit with professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Overview

You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.

Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8-5

• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism

Compensation

$19-$23/hour
