Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stand/walk, transfer patients, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply orders.
