Carrington Mortgage Holdings seeks an intermediate Treasury Desk Analyst II to support daily treasury operations, including transaction processing, balance reporting, and bank account administration. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and ongoing process improvements in a dynamic corporate treasury environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of treasury experience, KYC familiarity, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of corporate treasury experience in a medium to large company or equivalent.
• Experience with KYC due diligence processes and requirements.
• Knowledge of payment and transfer systems including wire, checks, EFT/ACH.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and release funds with high accuracy in accordance with policy.
• Maintain bank signatory changes and account maintenance logs.
• Resolve positive pay exceptions, stop/void requests, and authorize banks accordingly.
• Prepare and review daily/monthly/quarterly treasury reports.
• Monitor user access to banking systems and ensure security/compliance.
• Handle annual unclaimed property reporting per state requirements.
• Escalate process issues and propose procedural improvements.
• Coordinate with external service providers and financial institutions for research.
