Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Sr. Treasury Analyst - Systems & Operations in Atlanta to provide hands-on support for the SAP S/4HANA Helios implementation and optimize Treasury operations using SAP, AI, Power BI, and Power Automate/Flows.

You will support core Treasury operations, bank account management, intercompany transactions, dividends, hedge settlements, and governance while collaborating with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, International Finance, and MNST subsidiaries to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate Treasury, Finance operations, Treasury systems, or a related function.
• Hands-on SAP experience with SAP S/4HANA; testing/deployment experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; experience with Power BI and Power Automate/Flows preferred; interest in applying AI to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and implement Treasury process improvements and automation opportunities using SAP, AI, Power BI, Power Automate/Flows, and other technologies.
• Support Treasury operations including payment execution, intercompany transactions, dividends, and hedge settlements.
• Support bank account management and governance activities, including account openings/closures and KYC documentation.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Helios implementation workstreams: requirements, design, testing, data validation, and training.
• Act as a hands-on Treasury SME for SAP processes and integrations across departments.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, International Finance, and MNST subsidiaries to coordinate banking and project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury policies, controls, SOX, and information security standards.
