Job summary

Ellucian is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead global cash and liquidity management, debt administration, and treasury technology initiatives. You will implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities, optimize forecasting, and collaborate across Finance and with banking partners to drive efficiency and control.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, analytics, automation, and a continuous-improvement mindset in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive corporate Treasury experience, preferably global.
• Strong knowledge of cash and liquidity management, debt, FX and forecasting.
• Experience with multi-currency treasury activities and cross-border payments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Cash Management; implementation experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and online banking platforms.
• Ability to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with compliance mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative relationships.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Treasury capabilities implementation and ongoing development.
• Oversee daily cash requirements and liquidity positioning.
• Improve cash forecasting for US and international operations with analytics.
• Manage debt and derivative administration, including reporting and payments.
• Administer global bank accounts, KYC/AML, signatory maintenance, and banking relations.
• Lead cross-border payment processes, approvals, and documentation.
• Oversee letters of credit, bank guarantees, and surety programs.
• Develop and monitor treasury policies and internal controls.
• Partner with Finance and banking partners on strategic treasury initiatives.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance treasury analysis and efficiency.
