Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Treasury Systems Analyst / Kyriba Administrator to support a high-volume, multi-location treasury operation. The role will replace a retiring SME and own Kyriba administration, bank connectivity, treasury operations support, and end-user assistance for a large internal community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for Kyriba and treasury banking operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot bank file transmissions to ensure balances, transactions, and reporting files are received accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve bank connectivity issues, missing files, balance discrepancies, and transmission errors in partnership with banking partners.
• Administer online banking portals for approximately 140 banking relationships, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access controls, and administration.
• Provide daily support for more than 300 internal users for payments, system navigation, access requests, and treasury questions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for treasury system and payment-related inquiries.
• Support high-volume treasury operations across multiple business locations.
• Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer during overlap with the retiring employee.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support treasury initiatives as business needs evolve.

Our client is seeking a Treasury Systems Analyst / Kyriba Administrator to support a high-volume, multi-location treasury operation. The role will replace a retiring Treasury Systems SME and will own Kyriba administration, bank connectivity, treasury operations support, and end-user assistance for a large internal community. The analyst will troubleshoot file transmissions, manage online banking portals, coordinate with banking partners, and act as a primary escalation point for treasury systems and payment-related inquiries. The individual will document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer during overlap with the incumbent and will adapt to changing priorities across corporate and hotel division treasury operations.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000/ yr. w2
