Job summary

StevenDouglas, exclusively partnering with a large Florida financial services organization, seeks a Director of Treasury Strategy & Capital Management. You’ll own enterprise liquidity, cash forecasting, debt compliance, and capital planning, presenting to the VP of Treasury and the board.

This role is hybrid in Florida with home/remote flexibility three days per week, high visibility, and a path to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (equivalent experience accepted).
• 7+ years in corporate treasury, capital management, banking, or related roles.
• 3+ years specifically in cash forecasting, liquidity management, debt administration, or capital planning.
• Hands-on experience with debt compliance, covenant reporting, credit facilities, financing transactions, or lender relationships preferred.
• CTP, CPA, or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute liquidity and capital strategy with the VP of Treasury.
• Own cash forecasting and liquidity planning across the enterprise.
• Run debt compliance end to end including covenant reporting.
• Evaluate capital adequacy and liquidity risk; advise senior leadership.
• Evaluate financing alternatives and support debt issuance and refinancing.
• Lead and develop one direct report.
