Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Pursuing or achieved professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking within a global treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills in treasury transformation, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member, including project and resource planning, budget management, execution of work plans and client relationships.
• Lead proposal development and participate in pursuit teams for prospective treasury engagements; support business development.
• Maintain strong client focus by responding to requests and building productive relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate to determine strategies addressing risk and client expectations, understanding industry trends and drivers.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions; mentor junior staff.
