Job summary

True Oil LLC is hiring a Treasury Clerical professional for Casper, Wyoming. This on-site role supports daily cash management tasks in a fast-paced energy company.

You will manage bank activity, process transfers and checks, assist with reconciliations, and maintain treasury records using Oracle and Kyriba. A 1–3 year background in cash management and accurate, confidential handling of information are essential. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, finance, business or related field; 1–3 years of related cash management, accounting or administrative experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
• Working knowledge of office automation and computerized financial applications; familiarity with Oracle, Kyriba, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Import daily bank activity into treasury systems.
• Assist with daily cash balancing and verification of transactions.
• Initiate routine electronic transfers, ACH payments, and wires.
• Prepare, print, and distribute checks as needed.
• Assist with stop payments and voids.
• Prepare bank deposits, electronic cash disbursements, and checks for expenditures.
• Maintain cash management records and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with banking partners regarding routine inquiries.
• Support posting of cash activity and journal entries in Oracle.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations for operating and legacy accounts.
• Generate standard daily and monthly cash and balance reports.
• Track documentation for cash movements and funding activity.
• Provide admin support for credit card accounts and monitoring.
• Process and distribute monthly credit card reports; meet recurring deadlines.
