Job summary

BNY is seeking a Treasury II Specialist in Pittsburgh to build a foundation in corporate treasury. You will develop expertise in balance sheet management, liquidity, and regulatory reporting while partnering with Risk, Finance and Technology teams.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting enhancements, and collaboration across departments to support senior management and governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in liquidity, external reporting or related area.
• Interest in FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR and bank balance sheets.
• Axiom, SQL and Power BI experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication across partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop hands-on expertise in FR 2052a, LCR and NSFR for balance sheet linkage.
• Analyze liquidity movements, identify drivers, and translate findings for Treasury stakeholders.
• Identify reporting gaps, strengthen controls, and improve data quality.
• Partner on regulatory and reporting enhancements, test changes before production.
• Prepare analysis for supervisory inquiries and senior management.
• Collaborate across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Technology and business lines.
