Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Treasury Consulting, or Treasury Operations.
• Experience leading end-to-end treasury projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of treasury processes, banking products, cash management, liquidity structures, and financial risk management.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Piteco, Kyriba, Quantum, SAP Treasury).
• Knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Professional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury projects from initiation through execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Procurement, Legal, and external partners.
• Manage project governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and status reporting to senior management.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and implementation plans.
• Support and optimize global cash management structures and banking relationships.
• Monitor cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralize treasury activities.
• Lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate bank connectivity initiatives (SWIFT, host-to-host, payment platforms).
• Support ERP integration projects affecting treasury processes.
