Job summary

Ascendo Resources in Tampa, FL seeks a Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury activities including cash flow, cash management, and banking transactions such as ACH, wires, and checks. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, enter, and process daily bank transactions (vendor payments, payroll, wire transfers).
  • Manage daily funding and cash concentration, including cash pooling.
  • Forecast daily cash flow across units and bank accounts.
  • Operate treasury systems including electronic banking and card platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.
  • Administer corporate credit card programs and reporting.
  • Identify cybersecurity and fraud risks in treasury processes.
  • Support audits with Internal Audit and banking partners.
  • Perform intercompany settlements and netting.
  • Assist with letters of credit and facility administration.
  • Maintain bank account and signer data, and monitor approvals.
  • Provide backup support to treasury team.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury activities, primarily related to cash flow, cash management, factoring/securitization transactions, and corporate credit card programs. This position will work closely with internal teams and banking partners to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and strong adherence to treasury policies and controls. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of treasury and banking practices, excellent attention to detail, and experience processing bank payments such as ACH, wire transfers, and checks. Position Overview:
  • Prepare, enter, and process daily bank transactions, including vendor payments, payroll disbursements, and wire transfers.
  • Manage daily account funding and cash concentration activities, including cash pooling.
  • Prepare daily cash flow forecasts across multiple reporting units and bank accounts.
  • Operate treasury and banking systems, including electronic banking and credit card platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, documentation, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Administer corporate credit card programs, including data management, user administration, issue resolution, and reporting.
  • Identify cybersecurity and fraud risks within treasury processes and assist with mitigation efforts.
  • Partner with Internal Audit on internal and external treasury-related audits.
  • Calculate and process intercompany settlements and netting.
  • Support the administration of credit facilities, including letters of credit.
  • Maintain accurate bank account, signer, director, and approval-limit information.
  • Follow appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
  • Oversee company credit and debit card programs, including collections, fees, and related analysis.
  • Provide backup support to other treasury team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or industrial treasury environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to self-review work with a focus on minimizing errors.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Willingness to take ownership, learn new processes, and assume responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
