Job summary

Broadway Bank in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Treasury Sales Implementation Coordinator to drive onboarding and implementation of treasury solutions for commercial clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and lead client trainings, while identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in bank customer contact or treasury operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bank customer contact and/or sales experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience presenting to small groups
• 5 years of treasury management operations experience preferred
• 3–5 years treasury management sales experience preferred
• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation calls with stakeholders to facilitate seamless product delivery
• Monitor and track the progress of product implementation using project management tools
• Facilitate client training for depository and treasury products in partnership with treasury sales
• Drive sales growth of treasury solutions via proactive calling and prospecting
• Assist CPM with referrals for new treasury solutions including Integrated Payables/Receivables
• Lead and schedule client sales presentations and product implementations with all parties
• Coordinate setup of new CPM requests and support client inquiries
• Conduct post-implementation reviews at 30 and 60 days to ensure satisfaction and usage
