Central Bank of the Midwest is seeking a trusted professional to support the Business Solutions department, helping with client interaction, onboarding Treasury products, and document preparation. You will mentor teammates and coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, Treasury product knowledge, and effective problem solving to serve internal and external customers with high-quality support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required, business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ client-facing experience in Treasury/ Cash Management or related services.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support onboarding of new products/services.
• Assist with document preparations and audits.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Treasury products and systems.
• Coordinate smooth transition to Level 2 Support.
