Job summary

Hancock Whitney in Wisconsin is seeking a Treasury Services Client Support Associate 1 to assist commercial customers and internal teams using Treasury Management services, ensuring accurate processing and contributing to customer satisfaction.

You will handle calls and emails, provide product training, communicate fraud and system issues to lines of business, and help with new product offerings while complying with banking laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of banking experience including customer service focus.
• 1 year of Treasury Products & Services experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of banking products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
