Securian Financial is seeking a Treasury Senior Representative to join our Treasury team in a hybrid work model from the Twin Cities area. You will handle daily payment processing, fund allocation, and interdepartmental communication to ensure accurate and timely settlement.

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and collaborate across teams. Training is provided if treasury experience is limited.

** At Securian Financial the internal position title is Treasury Sr Rep **Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Treasury team as a Treasury Sr. Representative. In this role, you will support daily treasury operations by processing incoming payments, ensuring accurate allocation of funds, and communicating with internal business partners.The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Previous treasury or finance experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and process incoming wire transfers and payments throughout the day, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Review and allocate incoming funds to the appropriate accounts or business units.Communicate with internal business partners to provide timely notification of received payments and resolve questions or discrepancies.Verify payment information and maintain accurate transaction records.Identify and research discrepancies, working with team members and business partners to resolve issues.Utilize internal systems and technology to support daily payment processing and treasury operations.Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure established deadlines are met.Support additional treasury-related activities and process improvements as needed.Required Qualifications:Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.Strong organizational and time management skills to manage daily tasks and deadlines.Comfortable using computers and learning new systems and technology.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or payment processing.Experience using financial systems, payment processing applications, or Microsoft Excel.Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.#LI-Hybrid **This position will be in a hybrid working arrangement.**Securian Financial believes that meaningful in-person collaboration is an important part of our culture.
