Responsibilities

• Support Wholesale Payments sales strategy, execution, risk, and performance functions.
• Develop strategic portfolio planning in partnership with the relationship team.
• Prepare pre-call planning materials and participate in planning meetings.
• Act as notetaker and active listener during client meetings; assist in post-call follow-ups.
• Prepare advisory materials: discovery, pitches, demos, ROI analyses, and business reviews.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and accurate sales pipelines.
• Support pricing, proposals, demos, and onboarding processes.
