Job summary

Capital One seeks a Sales Process & Strategy Associate - Treasury Management to design and implement a scalable operating model for the TM Sales Organization, from opportunities to client management. You will work as a Salesforce liaison, build data reporting routines, and partner with analytics to drive performance; requires cross-functional collaboration and process engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
• 1+ year of Process Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, designing, and implementation of the management system infrastructure for TM Sales.
• Serving as Salesforce liaison for TM Sales: managing access requests, org changes, and client assignments, pipeline accuracy and revenue forecasting.
• Identifying system opportunities and problems in order to drive business outcomes and performance.
• Maintaining existing sales reports and dashboards and running data integrity routines to ensure sales and leadership has the information to run the business.
• Partnering with the centralized sales analytics team to adopt shared metrics, standards, and infrastructure while adapting execution to TM’s needs.
• Building agendas and performance updates to share with partners and stakeholders.
• Communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis and developing best practices.
