Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Process Manager in McLean, VA to design and implement the TM Sales ecosystem, from opportunities to client management. You will be the Salesforce liaison, building data and reporting routines to enable leadership to run the business.

This role requires strong analytical skills, process and systems design, project delivery, and the ability to influence senior leaders while building iterative solutions with long-term infrastructure planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
• At least 1 year of Process Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM administration or Sales Force Effectiveness.
• 2+ years in Process Design and Process Engineering.
• 2+ years in data analytics, reporting and BI tooling.
• 2+ years using Agile tools and methodology.
• 2+ years collaborating with Sales and Data teams; reporting on KPIs.
• 1+ years of Management Consulting experience.
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, designing, and implementing the TM Sales management system infrastructure.
• Serve as Salesforce liaison; manage access, org changes, and forecasts.
• Identify system opportunities to improve business outcomes.
• Maintain sales reports and dashboards; run data integrity routines.
• Partner with centralized analytics to adopt shared metrics and infra.
• Build agendas and updates for partners and stakeholders.
• Communicate with senior leadership and share best practices.
