Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of treasury sales experience.
• Product and financial acumen.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception through completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities.
• Deep understanding of bank structure and global cash management products.
• Understanding of risk guidelines to grow the business responsibly.
• Curiosity, courage, and effective business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of integrated treasury solutions across the entire project scope.
• Partner with client-facing teams to consult on sales opportunities and deliver best-fit solutions.
• Maintain client focus and treasury industry/subsector expertise.
• Develop data-driven insights and client presentations to reduce risk and improve working capital.
• Lead client relationship development from new opportunities to deepening existing relationships.
• Direct service fulfillment and escalation handling with relevant teams.
• Bridge project plans across payment solutions and fulfillment teams during implementation.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure post-implementation hand-off to Client Services with a smooth transition.
