Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales professional to support end-to-end treasury sales activities for Healthcare, Higher Education Not For Profit teams and to coordinate client research and pricing analyses. The role emphasizes data accuracy, client relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration to grow revenue domestically and internationally.

You will engage in pre-call planning, pricing discussions, and onboarding activities while working with product partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or completion of a training program.
• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Strong business and financial acumen for problem solving, trend analysis, risk management, and client meetings.
• Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrates proactive mindset and time management.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers across Healthcare, Higher Education Not For Profit.
• Coordinates industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning.
• Maintains accuracy and integrity of sales data across core systems including deal pipeline, client plans, and pricing.
• Produces and analyzes profitability, product usage, and revenue trends for client portfolios.
• Assists with client onboarding, CMP coordination, and revenue tracking.
• Develops pricing strategies in collaboration with Treasury Sales Officers and Product Specialists.
• Delivers presentations and prepares analysis for client meetings.
