Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Credit Solutions Advisor II to manage and grow treasury client relationships within an assigned portfolio, coordinating with Treasury Sales Officers and product partners to deliver customized solutions.

The role emphasizes onboarding, CMP coordination, pricing strategies, and collaboration with AML and onboarding teams to ensure client readiness and successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program.
• Strong business and financial acumen for problem solving and client meetings.
• Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Proactive mindset and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Supports end to end treasury sales process for Treasury Sales Officers focused on growing revenue domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research to support pre-call planning.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of sales data across core systems (pipeline, plans, reports, pricing).
• Produce analysis on profitability, revenue performance, product usage, and balance trends.
• Assist with client onboarding, CMP planning, and revenue tracking.
• Prepare proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning and pricing strategies.
• Support clients through implementation and training activities.
