Qualifications

• 1 year treasury management/corporate banking experience or completed training program.
• Travel up to 5%.
• Strong business and financial acumen for problem solving and client meetings.
• Builds strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Proactive mindset with good time management.
• Results-driven with client and team focus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Two+ years of B2B sales and/or client service in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional or equivalent.
• Experience with cash management products.
• Experience in Global Payments/Treasury Management/Corporate Banking preferred.
• 2-5 years in banking across sales/ops/compliance/product management.
• Proactive client engagement and solution alignment.
• Knowledge of US/global treasury products and trends.
• Experience prospecting and developing new business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports end to end treasury sales process for TSOs on the Middle Market Team.
• Coordinate research and pre-call planning for clients.
• Maintain accuracy of sales data across core systems.
• Produce profitability and revenue analyses.
• Assist with client onboarding and CMP processes.
• Develop pricing strategies including non-standard pricing.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists to grow revenue.
• Support clients through implementation and training.
• Manage sales data quality and reporting.
• Participate in in-person calling activities and direct sales opportunities.
• Escalate service issues with appropriate resources.
• Prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Submit documentation for implementation.
