Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a 3.2 GPA and 9 accounting hours.
• Preferences: strong leadership and relevant work experience.
• Finance or Accounting degree preferred for Commercial and Wealth roles.
• 12 hours of Finance coursework for Commercial/Wealth positions.
• Course work in MIS, CS, or Security for IT/IS positions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom training and line-of-business overviews.
• Undergo Credit Analysis training and case-study work.
• Contribute to project work with direct impact to the business.
• Build relationships with managers, leaders, and peers during rotations.
• Engage in rotational training experiences across departments.
• Receive professional development through 1-on-1 coaching with management.
