BOK Financial offers an Accelerated Career Track Associate program in Tulsa. This rotational development program blends classroom, on-the-job, technical training, and self-study projects.

Associates rotate across departments for 15-18 months to sharpen financial, analytical, and technical skills in preparation for a role within the organization. Graduates will complete the program and be placed in a role aligned with their line of business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.2 and 9 accounting hours required.
• Finance or Accounting degree preferred for Commercial/Wealth roles.
• Course work in MIS, CS or Security is a plus for IT/IS positions.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in classroom trainings and line-of-business overviews.
• Credit analysis training and case study work.
• Contribute to projects with measurable value to the business.
• Build relationships with managers, leaders, and peers.
• Engage in rotational training across line of business areas.
• Receive 1-on-1 coaching from ACT management.
