Job summary

DTCC in Jersey City is seeking a Treasury Associate to support the Compliance Director and assist with key Treasury functions, focusing on risk and control processes. You will help design and test operational controls to strengthen the control environment and ensure regulatory alignment.

You will work cross-functionally with departments such as Legal, Audit, Liquidity Risk, and Market Risk to manage risks, run controls, and support capital calculations for DTCC and its subsidiaries; strong Excel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and test operational controls to enhance the control environment
• Develop and maintain risk and control matrices to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
• Review policies and procedures to meet compliance guidelines and documentation standards
• Test default liquidity facilities
• Collaborate with other departments to manage risks, conduct audits, and review data quality
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Embedded Risk Management, Audit, Legal, Liquidity Risk Management, & Market Risk Management
• Support capital calculations for DTCC and its subsidiaries; assist with cross-training
• Assist with ad hoc Treasury initiatives/special projects
