Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks an experienced professional to plan, schedule, and manage the daily workflow of client relationships in Treasury Services. You will ensure timely, accurate deliverables and maintain strong client relationships while identifying process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 4–6 years in Treasury Services, expense administration, distributions, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience planning, scheduling and managing daily workflow for client relationships.
  • Strong background in treasury services including expense administration and distribution calculations.
  • Ability to review client deliverables and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules, and manages daily workflow for one or more client relationships.
  • Ensures timely and accurate deliverables for each client relationship.
  • Oversees coordination with other departments and communicates deviations to avoid scope creep.
  • Escalates delays to AVP and resolves accounting/auditor issues timely.
  • Provides input on automation and system enhancements.
