Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years in treasury operations, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Familiarity with accounts payable workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with cash management platforms and online banking portals for wires/ACH.
• Exposure to LLC/LLCA tax equity structures or project debt agreements.
• Understanding of rate swaps or derivatives and trade confirmations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly treasury operations and cash movement.
• Coordinate timely, accurate transaction processing with Accounting and AP.
• Calculate distribution payments per LLCA provisions and debt terms.
• Prepare withdrawal and distribution certificates.
• Execute intercompany cash transfers and project funding requests.
• Monitor cash balances and credit restrictions before wires.
• Maintain wire templates and support transfers to project banking partners.
• Support live swap executions and monthly/quarterly confirmations.
• Maintain swap tracking logs and settlement reconciliations.
• Assist with bank account openings and access setup.
