• Experience in Banking: 2–4 years.
• Proficient using AI tools to research and improve processes.
• Expert-level Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Map current Treasury processes, redesign workflows, and standardize documentation.
• Collaborate across Treasury to gain insight into risk, liquidity, and investments.
• Identify cost savings or new income opportunities for the bank.
• Support development and launch of new products with cross-functional coordination.
• Assist pricing analysis for deposits and loans and profitability considerations.
• Research and apply AI tools to improve processes and reporting.
• Prepare clear documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc treasury projects as assigned.
