Job summary

Banesco USA is seeking a Strategic Business Partner to support its Strategic Planning unit in Miami. The role focuses on coordinating the annual planning cycle, preparing executive materials, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with the bank's strategy.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in strategic planning or financial analysis, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools. This is a full-time on-site position based in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
4–6 years in strategic planning, financial analysis or management consulting; banking exposure preferred.
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish required.
Advanced Excel modeling and executive presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end annual planning cycle with executives and stakeholders.
Prepare materials for planning sessions and align stakeholders to methodology.
Facilitate cohesive tactical plans across units contributing to the strategic roadmap.
Translate long-term vision into actionable steps and monitor implementation.
Develop reports, models and dashboards to support business needs.
